Small but handy

I have a lot of ongoing projects to blog in the next week or so.

For that reason I'm going to try to keep them short and sweet and to the point - I know I tend to waffle!

Here's a super quick and easy project I did last week, a handle-bag for our pram. A place to keep all the bits and pieces you need on hand when at the park.

You know; phone, tissues, socks for baby, dummy (pacifier for those of you reading from the northern hemisphere!), special shell we had to bring, shiny leaf we collected on the way to show daddy later; the essentials.

Have I mentioned how liberating it is to shop with a single pram after squeezing/negotiating/navigating a double one for the last few years?

Pure bliss.

This bag is made using fabric from Anna Maria Horner's chocolate lollipops range.
I got it on sale at Amitie a while back.

Oh and the piece of webbing to the right of the bag is a hand-strap I also made because I'm weird and feel better when the baby is tethered to me and can't escape!

What a great idea! Was it tricky to figure out?

Fantastic bag, the fabric is just gorgeous! Making a small nappy bag is on my 'to do' list too - I love my big nappy bag, but for quick trips it really is just too big lol!
