Milestone madness

A few weeks ago the smallest in our house reached the ten month mark.
It's hard to believe she's been here that long yet, in other ways I can't remember life without her happy little face.

To celebrate ten months she decided it was time to stand up.

And doesn't she look pleased with herself.

Of course if you can stand you can climb up stairs, and walk your way along the couch. I think this little lady will be walking by her first birthday the way she's going.

In the same weekend she started clapping her hands and now gives herself a little round of applause when she finishes her dinner and she also cut her eighth tooth.

My only piece of advice at this stage is, slow down, we don't want you to grow up too quickly!

My youngest is about 6-7 weeks behind yours. Doesn't it all go very quickly?

Waaaahhh I'm crying and she's not even mine! They grow up way to quick for my liking. Just amazing how quickly it all goes by. I love that cheeky grin :D

Karen your girls are beautiful!! Love the Olivia fabric - Ava would love that dress too. Love the carry along houses too.

Oh Karen, what a happy, healthly, beautiful girl. She's doing so well. Did a few little tears sneak out when she stood up... tears of love mixed with tears of time moving to quickly?

(PS. I cry at every milestone. Who would have thought I'd be so sentimental!)

Oh my goodness it goes so quick, my little one is about to turn two!! But you made me remember when she stood up for the first time without holding on - it was magical!

Yes, let me assure they really do grow up far too quickly. My baby just turned 20 (years, not months). I thought they would be little for so long but they grew up!
I was wondering what that blackboard fabric you mentioned in your last post was?

They grow so quickly. My grand-daughter is 10months old and walking around the furniture, climbing stairs, she knows how to wrap us around her little finger. Enjoy as they really do grow up so fast. At this age they are just so wonderful to be around.

Gorgeous Georgia! And clever too. Tristan is doing much the same. He gives himself a clap every time I say 'good boy'! They are just so adorable at this age!
