Looks wonderful Karen! Jai had an 'under the sea' theme for one of his birthdays and we all had so much fun decorating fish, sharks, etc and hanging them all up from the roof.

all looks great! We are having a mermaid party for my eldest in 2 weeks, so planning very similar things! About to start on cupcake toppers and party bags (I have the same mermaid graphics as the ones on your party bags :-)
