His mum is a very kind friend and neighbour and I wanted to do something for her as she's helped me out with the girls on a number of occasions.While not strictly for her, I knew she would appreciate some pants because she is always after something original for her little man.
I used the same Burda pattern 9717 - that I use for all the girls pants and PJ's and the patches are an idea I've seen a few places, including recently on Xiola's blog.
The guitar fabric is good old Michael Miller I got from the lovely girls at The Humming Mini shop.
The cord looks lighter than it is in the first pic - it's a lovely deep chocolate brown wide wale cord from Spotlight.
It was nice to do some boy sewing for a change, and to sew something quite small again.
They are very cute - well done - will have to keep this in mind for my little man!
